Paola Pinto
Co-Founder & Communications
Paola supports communication strategy and user engagement for NASA SPoRT and related Earth science initiatives through applied research and research-to-operations efforts at the University of Alabama in Huntsville’s Earth System Science Center. Her current work focuses on translating satellite-based Earth science data into accessible communication and training resources for operational users in weather, public health, and emergency response, including stakeholder engagement, virtual trainings, interactive events, and the development of outreach and learning materials.
She brings 10+ years of experience in strategic communications, digital strategy, and stakeholder engagement across environmental organizations, federal and international programs, and higher education. Her background includes science communication, bilingual outreach (English/Spanish), event coordination, and multimedia storytelling, with experience supporting agencies and partners across the environmental, weather, and research communities.
At Ad Terra, Paola leads strategic communications and outreach efforts, helping organizations communicate complex work clearly and with purpose.
Brandon Lentz
Co-Founder & Contracting and Operations
Brandon M. Lentz brings extensive experience in federal acquisition, procurement, logistics, and operational leadership. He is currently an Instructor of Operations and Supply Chain Management at Missouri State University and serves as a Supply Corps Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve.
Brandon previously worked as a Contracting Officer at NASA Headquarters, where he managed large, complex contract portfolios and supported high-value programs. His background spans federal procurement strategy, contract lifecycle management, operations, and workforce development across government and academic environments.
At Ad Terra, Brandon provides advisory support related to contracting strategy, procurement planning, and operational systems, helping organizations better understand and prepare for complex contracting and compliance environments.
